The Joint Technical Review

Peak 10 employs a number of processes to help ensure we deliver the services that best meet your needs. Among them is the joint technical review (JTR), which is conducted annually for customers that have complex IT environments and requirements. (Similar types of reviews are also provided for customers with less complicated infrastructures or needs.) A JTR is much more than a satisfaction survey or accounting exercise. It enables us to take an in-depth look at how the services we are providing you align with your contract with us; how well these services are performing; how well they are meeting your business requirements; and what, if any other services, might be better suited to your company’s specific needs. As the name of this process indicates, it is a “joint” review.
