“Peak 10 VIP” an Innovative New Way to Engage with Us, As Well as Other Customers
Over the last year, Peak 10 has put a great deal of effort into enhancing service delivery and providing more ways for our customers to interact with our team, proactively manage their environments, and provision new services—primarily through ServiceNow.
However, we’ve also recognized the need to provide the means for customers to stay engaged with Peak 10 and have the ability to keep pace with the technology community by connecting with each other. To meet this need, we’ve developed a customer advocacy hub called Peak 10 VIP that supports those very capabilities. Our team has chosen Influitive as the platform for this initiative.
What Peak 10 VIP Brings to the Table
The goal of Peak 10 VIP is to create a community in which technology professionals can share news, ideas, and questions, as well as engage Peak 10, using a central hub.

Better Communication and More Customer Benefits
Peak 10 believes that the greater the communication, with us as well as other customers, the better the overall customer experience. We want to provide an easy way for Peak 10 advocates to see what other companies are up to and how they’re using technology to support business goals.
