EVP of Customer Operations Joe Deney Recognized For Exemplary Leadership

More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Live Event of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. More than 190 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.

He developed the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Governance committee at Peak 10 to ensure that ITIL processes were being implemented in both central and field operations. Through Deney’s contributions and commitment to these initiatives, the company reduced customer service tickets by 40% year-over-year comparison and received an industry-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 67.4 in 2016.
