Peak 10 has done it again. For the second consecutive year, the company has been named as a “Niche Player” in Gartner, Inc. “Magic Quadrant for Cloud-enabled Managed Hosting, North America.” (The report was published July 28, 2015 by Douglas Toombs, Bob Gill and Mike Dorosh.)
If you’ve been considering migrating to the cloud — and Peak 10 is on your list of possible providers — we believe our positioning in the Magic Quadrant may help you determine if Peak 10 is the right provider for your organization.
Gartner Magic Quadrants represent a culmination of research in specific high-growth technology markets. The highly competitive positioning of various providers in those markets is presented through a quadrant graph that states which ones are considered Leaders, Visionaries, Niche or Challengers.
While Gartner doesn’t rank providers or specify which ones are better than others, it does plot the four types of providers on a graph in terms of how well they can execute their vision (the X axis) and the completeness of that vision (the Y axis). This information can be useful for understanding a market — in this instance, the managed cloud market — and some of its key players so you can create a list of potential providers.
Armed with the information provided by Gartner, the next step is to determine if Peak 10 can meet your organization’s specific cloud needs.
Peak 10 is distinctive in the cloud services provider market in many ways. We employ a consultative approach in which we take the time to understand your business requirements and goals and then work with you to tailor a solution that best suits you. There are no cookie cutter solutions.
Our collaborative style of working with our customers is among the many reasons we maintain a consistently high net promoter score (NPS) — which provides a clear measure of our company’s performance through the eyes of our customers — and an equally consistently high percentage of repeat customers.
Our cloud solutions — Public, Hosted Private and Recovery — are built on enterprise-class infrastructure with the throughput and processing speed suitable for demanding production environments or high I/O applications, yet are cost effective enough for all application tiers. In addition, that infrastructure is powered by strategically located data centers, offering the essential redundancies, efficiencies and leading-edge technologies and equipment to support maximum uptime.
Peak 10 cloud solutions also include the technical controls and security measures required to meet a variety of regulatory and industry standards, so you can leverage Peak 10’s infrastructure to help your organization meet many of its own compliance and security requirements. A wide array of managed services are available to further meet your organization’s unique needs.
It’s a great honor for Peak 10 to again be positioned in the Magic Quadrant for Cloud-enabled Managed Hosting, North America. But even more important to us will be having the opportunity to work with your organization and successfully developing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions that can help propel it forward.
