Peak 10 provides 24x7x365 system administration support (Level I, II and III). We will manage the servers through the Operating System with the customer managing their applications. From time-to-time customers may require assistance with their applications and Peak 10 can assist on an hourly basis. Services include:

• Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Operating System
• Active Directory (including DNS, DHCP, Terminal Services, user account move/adds/changes, etc.)
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 (including mailbox move/adds/changes, forwarders, distribution lists, etc.)
• Citrix (user account move/adds/changes, etc.)
• Microsoft IIS Web Server (website move/adds/changes, etc.)
