Data Backup and Restore Options:

• Data set selection (e.g. full server images, critical flat file data, live databases, etc.)
• Frequency of protection
• Retention length, ranging from seven days to years
• Off-site storage including long term media and electronic vaulting to alternate Peak 10 facilities
• Providing best-of-breed technology and infrastructure or management of existing systems

Managed Data Replication Options:

• Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) – how frequently the data is copied to an alternate location
• Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) – how quickly the data is restored at that alternate location when required
• Granularity of the data that can be restored
• Roll-back options to recover to the exact point in time desired
