Very few IT infrastructure providers are like Peak 10. We’ve been described by some in the investment community as one of a kind … in a good way. Most other firms specialize in a specific area such as colocation and infrastructure services, cloud services, managed services or maybe a lot of one and a little of another.
Peak 10 has all of that, but that is not what we do or who we are.
Since our customers have had a great deal to do with the kind of company we have become, I can say with no air of bravado that Peak 10 is in a customer collaboration business. Because we have a balanced portfolio of capabilities and services, and we own and operate our own physical infrastructure, we can focus on helping customers achieve their optimum solutions.
The relationship works in both directions. Over the years customers would ask, “Can you do this for us?” Creating that one solution would inspire ancillary services. Before long, we would have a complete managed security service or regulatory-compliant cloud offering.
Conversely, we ask a lot of questions and get to know our customers. This diligence equips us to suggest ways to improve operational efficiency and save money, assist them with industry or government compliance requirements, or design a data back-up or disaster recovery process matched to their needs.
This is the way Peak 10 operates, as individuals and as a company. Perhaps we’re not unique in this regard, but each day we ask ourselves, can we do a better job serving the people who place their trust in us? And, every day, the answer is yes. That’s why we get up each morning.
