GuideStar is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to revolutionize philanthropy and nonprofit practice. It was in need of a local provider with a geographically dispersed footprint to fulfill a new customer requirement for data protection and an empowered, responsive local team, while offering the scalability to execute its long-term growth strategy. GuideStar approached Peak 10 and received a tailored and scalable solution. It now relies on Peak 10's Richmond data center campus and engineering team to ensure the performance and uptime of its critical data as well as to manage upgrades, security and other complex projects where additional expertise is required.
