At Peak 10, we believe in collaboration not duplication. So, we have developed a strategic partnership program to compliment our direct sales and marketing channels. We've organized our program around four Partnership Categories summarized below. If you are interested in exploring a partnership with Peak 10, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Referral Partners: Referral Partners provide Peak 10 with warm leads (introductions) to decision makers looking for hosting services. These leads are distributed to a Peak 10 direct sales representative who will close the business and manage the customer. Partners are paid a referral fee of $500 for each customer that signs a minimum one year contract of $1,000/month or more. To become a referral partner: Referral@peak10.com Sales Agents: Peak 10 Sales Agents are more actively engaged in the sales process and work directly with Peak 10's Channel Sales Manager to qualify and close an opportunity. Peak 10 provides agents with sales and marketing resources including sales engineering support, tour guides, and brochure/collateral information. The Agent receives a one-time commission on install fees and a monthly recurring commission on MRR. For more information about Peak 10's Sales Agent Program: Agents@peak10.com Resellers: Peak 10 resellers commit to a minimum monthly revenue stream and in turn receive discounted pricing on Peak 10 services. They can then resell those services to their client base. Resellers have total ownership over the customer but receive marketing and operational support from Peak 10. For more information about Peak 10's Reseller Program: Resellers@peak10.com Alliance Partners: Alliance Partners are complimentary industry players who participate in joint sales and marketing programs with Peak 10. Peak 10 and the Alliance partner may present a total solution for customers incorporating both company's products; however, each company will be responsible for implementing, billing, and supporting their individual product components.
