LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 21, 2009) – Peak 10 Inc., the leading independent data center operator and managed services provider, is pleased to support the seventh annual Louisville Technology Acronym Bee (LTAB) as a key sponsor. LTAB is a National Center for Family Literacy (NCFL) program held to raise funds and awareness for family literacy. The event will take place on Oct. 22, 2009 at 4 p.m. at the Mellwood Arts & Entertainment Center in Louisville. Republic Bank will be the title sponsor of this year’s LTAB.

Peak 10 is a long-time sponsor of the LTAB competition which consists of three-person corporate teams formed from Louisville’s finest technology companies. Leading regional companies have participated in the event in its seven-year history, either through fielding teams or sponsoring the event. Teams compete to define obscure technology acronyms for prizes, the LTAB Trophy Cup and bragging rights. To date, the event has raised more than $100,000 to support the Louisville-based NCFL.

“Giving back to our community is very important to Peak 10 and we stand behind NCFL and its mission,” said Greg Rollet, regional vice president for Peak 10. “We are proud to make a difference and give back to the community alongside the brightest technology professionals in our area.”
