Mayor McCrory and Charlotte Executives Share Economic Optimism During exeCConnect Event at Peak 10’s Headquarters
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (May 15, 2009) – Peak 10, Inc., the

“Spring Forward” exeCConnect event on Thursday, May 14, 2009 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
at its corporate headquarters in Charlotte, N.C. The invitation-only event was
attended by more than 100 area executives, including Charlotte Mayor Pat
McCrory. Peak 10 held the event in conjunction with the North Carolina
Technology Association (NCTA), the Charlotte Chamber and Business Innovation
Growth (BIG).

The gathering provided an encouraging update on the regional and statewide
business and technology community. Attendees had the opportunity to share

After being introduced by David Jones, Mayor McCrory addressed attendees by

Prior to the exeCConnect evening reception, a VIP Executive Roundtable was
held entitled “How to Position Your Company for Success Once the Markets Turn.”
The interactive discussion was led by Mike Rouleau, tw telecom’s senior vice
president for business development and strategy, and included key area
executives who discussed emerging trends in technology mobility, Internet costs
and scale, economics of a changing business environment today and expectations
of new services and demand.
