Marilyn Finfrock
Vice President and General Manager

Marilyn Finfrock is the vice president and general manager for the Raleigh operations of Peak 10. Ms Finfrock brings more than 20 years of operations, support and sales management experience and is well known in the Raleigh business community. She is responsible for the fiscal well being and day-to-day management of the Raleigh data center including operations, engineering, sales and business development.

Prior to joining Peak 10, Ms. Finfrock served as vice president and general manager at tw telecom where she was responsible for managing profit and loss for the Raleigh and Fayetteville division through sales generation, operation expense efficiency and capital expenditure effectiveness. In that position, she developed and executed a divisional strategic plan collaborating with sales and operations managers for market share growth. Ms. Finfrock also served at Cincinnati Bell Telephone where she was responsible for the design, execution and management of local and wide area network applications for customers. In that role, she proactively researched and uncovered application opportunities through continuous strategic planning meetings with clients resulting in major revenue growth.

Ms. Finfrock is active in the community and participates in a wide variety of organizations including ExecuNet Raleigh, Telecom Executives Business Network, Connected Women, Innovation in RTP Speaker Series and TriangleTech Connect. She holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and an A.S. degree in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University where she graduated cum laude. She enjoys participating in a wide range of physical fitness activities including cycling, strength training and golf.

Wiley Barrett
Director of Operations and Engineering

Wiley Barrett brings over fourteen years of practical and strategic data center and information technology experience to Peak 10. As a part of Peak 10's management team, Mr. Barrett has primary responsibility for the overall operations of the data center facility and the delivery of technology and managed services. In conjunction with his staff of seasoned engineers, Mr. Barrett is devoted to the quality and consistency of Peak 10 services and customer support.

Prior to Peak 10, Mr. Barrett was a Senior Storage Engineer for Springboard Managed Hosting.  He has extensive hands on experience with network design, operational analysis, services delivery and implementation, and troubleshooting.  He holds certifications from Microsoft (MCSE) and RedHat (RHCE). In addition, he has extensive knowledge of various other operating systems and hardware platforms such as: Solaris, NetApp, Dell, HP, Sun, Netscreen, Cisco, and Riverstone.  Mr. Barrett earned his A.S. in Electronic Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.  Mr. Barrett joined Peak 10 in January 2004.
